2025 Capital 7s tournament kicking off in Griffith this weekend

The 2025 instalment of Capitals 7s is set to take place this Saturday at Griffith Oval with the first match kicking off at 9am.

The one-day tournament will see Canberra clubs battle it out in hopes to claim the Capital 7s title in 2025.

Pools are set up in a round robin format, before finals kick off at 3pm. With the action set to take over Griffith Oval for the entire day, it is shapes to be a great day out this Saturday.
