The Canberra Suburban Cup Grand final will take place this weekend on Saturday the 10th of August at Griffith Oval as ladder topping RMC take on Easts in a 2023 big dance rematch at 2:30PM.
With RMC losing just three matches this year, the side has proven to be a dominant force through the regular season finishing with an incredible 145 point for and against.
The Grand Final at Griffith will also be a rematch from the qualification semi-final just two weeks ago where Easts managed to take the minor premiers down a peg with an impressive 43-36 win.
As Easts look to repeat their recent win when it matters the most on Saturday they will be in familiar territory as they take the field on their usual home turf. No slouches themselves, Easts also have seven wins across the regular season as the only other side in the Canberra Suburban Cup with more wins than losses.
It will surely be an interesting battle as Easts will be well rested from their week off after securing their express pass to the Grand Final two weeks ago, while RMC have regained momentum after a convincing 35-0 win over ADFA in the Preliminary final.
With everything on the line, Griffith Oval is the place to be this Saturday for anyone looking to get their rugby fix.
