As another weekend of the John I Dent Cup rolls around and all teams get their chance for a Round 1 rematch we have made sure to do our homework so all fans can see how the sides are stacking up.

- Uni-Norths also found their first win of the season as they remain in fifth but now have a win next to their name.
- Despite having just one win, the Eagles sit in third with six bonus points and a draw to their name.
- After a great performance in Round 4 scoring 11 points for the Vikings Louis Bartley-Saena moves into first on the points table.
- Declan Meredith remains in 2nd despite missing Round 4 due to a Brumbies call up as Pedro Rolando manages just 5 points in the Royals loss to Wests.
- Clay Uyen and Joel Leiber move to equal first on the try-scorers list after their efforts last week put them level with Luke Kilkeary and Silafono Titiuti.
- In a thriller at the Barn, both Uni-Norths and Queanbeyan put the competition on notice showing they can still score big points as the sides score 46 and 40 points respectively.
- Tuggeranong overtake Wests as the highest scoring team this season so far with a 31 point effort last week.
- Royals continue to find the line consistently, scoring just 17 points ini Round 4, the lowest in the competition.
