The ACT and SNSW Rugby Union is mourning the passing of ACT Rugby Referee's Association life member, Wilf Hedley, who sadly passed away on January 13.
A passionate referee, coach and mentor who made a significant contribution to the ACTRRA, Hedley officiated more than 400 games in the ACT, earning life member status in 2020.
The ACT and SNSW Union's thoughts are with Wilf's family and friends, and the ACTRRA at this difficult time.
