The ACT & SNSW Griffins will face off against a new competitor in 2024, as they tackle a Safeguard Global Brumbies XV side in the first edition of the Challenge Cup, set to make its mark on Sunday the 29th of September at Viking Park.
The 30-player squad includes 4 Brumbies Country players, who excelled in their Capital Cup fixtures in recent weeks. They will be joined by the best of the John I Dent Cup.
The Griffins will take on a Brumbies XV side in a two game series held in consecutive weeks at Viking Park with the overall winner claiming the inaugural Challenge Cup silverware.
